SwiftUX Licensing Terms
Complete usage rights and restrictions for SwiftUX components and templates
1. Component Library License (Free Tier)
- 1.1 Grant of Rights
You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use SwiftUX components in your personal and commercial projects.
- 1.2 Permitted Uses
- Use components in unlimited personal and commercial iOS applications
- Modify, customize, and extend components to fit your project needs
- Integrate components into client work and commercial products
- Use components in applications distributed through App Store or other platforms
- 1.3 Restrictions
- No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense SwiftUX components as standalone products
- No Derivative Libraries: You may not create competing component libraries using SwiftUX code as a foundation
- No Direct Sharing: You may not share component code outside of your integrated applications
2. Templates License (Paid Tier)
- 2.1 Grant of Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use SwiftUX Templates in your development projects.
- 2.2 Permitted Uses
- Personal Projects: Use templates in your personal iOS applications without restriction
- Commercial Projects: Integrate templates into commercial applications and distribute through any platform
- Client Work: Use templates in applications developed for clients or employers
- Unlimited Projects: Use purchased templates across unlimited projects without additional licensing fees
- Full Modification: Modify, customize, and extend template code, UI, and functionality to meet your requirements
- Forever Access: Maintain access to purchased templates indefinitely, including future updates during active development
- 2.3 Strict Restrictions
- No Resale: You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute template code as a separate product or service
- No Derivative Products: You may not create competing template marketplaces, component libraries, or similar products using SwiftUX template code
- No Open Source Release: You may not release template code under open source licenses or make it publicly available for download
- No Code Sharing: You may not share template source code with other developers outside of your integrated applications
- No Educational Distribution: You may not use templates in educational courses, tutorials, or training materials where the code itself is shared
- 2.4 Enforcement
- Violation of resale or redistribution terms will result in immediate license termination
- SwiftUX reserves the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized distribution
- Licensed applications containing integrated template code remain unaffected by license violations
3. General Terms
- 3.1 Ownership
SwiftUX retains all intellectual property rights to the original component and template code. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership.
- 3.2 Support and Updates
- Components: Provided as-is with community support
- Templates: Include documentation and integration guides; updates provided during active development period
- 3.3 Warranty Disclaimer
All SwiftUX products are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. SwiftUX disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
- 3.4 Limitation of Liability
SwiftUX's liability is limited to the amount paid for templates. SwiftUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- 3.5 Termination
- Component licenses are perpetual and cannot be revoked for compliant usage
- Template licenses may be terminated for material breach, but integrated applications remain licensed
- Upon termination, you must cease distribution of standalone template code but may continue using integrated implementations
By using SwiftUX products, you agree to these licensing terms. These terms may be updated with notice to registered users.
